Richard Wilmot Obituary

Richard “Rick” Wilmot, 58 passed away peacefully March 3, 2021 at The High Pointe House in Haverhill, MA.

Rick was born June 6, 1962 to Richard Wilmot and Barbara (Beal) Wilmot in Newburyport, MA.

He enjoyed fishing in all seasons, visiting the White Mountains and taking long car rides. You could find him reading the news paper at Cashman Park or playing arcades with his family at Salisbury Beach. Most of all Rick enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, Emma and Keegan.

He leaves behind his wife Pam Wilmot, his daughter Jenn (Wilmot) Clark and her husband Brian, and his grandchildren Emma and Keegan Clark. His siblings, Lisa Saindon and her husband Michael, Andrea VanPelt and her husband Scott, Wendy Smith and her husband Chuck Lopez, Michael Wilmot and his wife Jenn and Dan Wilmot and his wife Karen. Mother in law Reba Gallagher, and Uncle Carl Beal and his wife Ginny. He also leaves behind an extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.

Family and friends may call on Sunday March 7, 2021 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM at the Twomey, LeBlanc, & Conte Funeral Home 193 High St. Newburyport, MA 01950. THERE IS NO LONGER ANY PARKING AVAILABLE BEHIND THE FUNERAL HOME PER ORDER OF THE CITY OF NEWBURYPORT. His services and burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made towards the Thanksgiving basket drive through the Elks Lodge in Newburyport, Ma, a cause that Rick helped with yearly.
