Nancy Lee (Hodge) Theberge, of Plymouth, formerly of Newburyport and Salisbury, passed away Wednesday August 14, 2024 at Bay Path Nursing Home at the age of 79 after a battle with cancer.
Nancy was born November 29, 1944 in Newburyport, MA. She was the youngest child born to the late Stanley and Avis Hodge. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Philip, as well as two daughters, Wendy McFarland and her husband Michael Sr, and Lisa Burns and her husband Timothy. She is also survived by her grandchildren Michael McFarland Jr, Mathew McFarland, Daniel Burns and seven great grandchildren. Nancy was predeceased by her only granddaughter Shannon Burns. Nancy is also survived by her siblings Joyce Orfant, and Janet Crooks and her husband William.
Nancy enjoyed watching her beloved Red Sox, as well as camping with family and friends. Knitting was another of her passions, as she was known to knit baby blankets for any of her friends and acquaintances who welcomed a new baby to their family.
Family and friends may call on Saturday August 24, 2024 from 10:00 AM to Noon at the Twomey, LeBlanc, & Conte Funeral Home 193 High St. Newburyport, MA 01950, followed by a service in the Funeral Home and burial at Oakhill Cemetery in Newburyport.
