Nancy T. (Thorley) Dunn

Nancy passed away peacefully after a battle with cancer on 4/25/2025 at the age of 62. She is survived by her sons Cavan and Cameron, as well as her husband Cavan. She is survived by her mother Marie Thorley and father Francis Thorley. Nancy leaves behind her three brothers Jack, David, and Steven along with their wives, children, and grandchildren.

Nancy graduated from Boston University and Rhode Island Anesthesia School before having a career at New England Baptist and Anna Jacques Hospital. She provided anesthesia and cared for the sick as a nurse anesthetist at the highest level.

Nancy had a full and happy life with extensive travel, golf, and skiing. Above all, she loved to spend time with her husband, sons, and family. Nancy was a member of the US National Women’s Rugby Team and World Champion!

For those of us who loved Nancy, our lives were enriched by her positive and loving presence. She was one of the loveliest people to have walked the Earth. We feel privileged to have known her. She was truly an extraordinary person.
