Lawrence D. Mansfield, Jr

Lawrence D. Mansfield Jr., 73, passed away peacefully on February 18th, 2025 surrounded by his loving family.  He was born to the late Lawrence & Katherine Mansfield in Lynn, MA. on December 1, 1951.  Larry was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother and friend with a kind heart, great sense of humor and an unwavering devotion to his family and friends.

Growing up in Saugus, MA. he spent most of his life in Newburyport with his wife Elizabeth and their 3 sons.  He enjoyed vacationing at his home on Lake Ossipee, golfing and spending time with his sweet granddaughters Isabel and Anna.  His passing leaves a huge hole in the hearts of his family and friends.

Lawrence is survived by his wife Elizabeth (Bachini) of 48yrs, his sons Andrew of San Diego, CA, Stephen of Amesbury, Christopther and his wife Laura of Lynnfield, as well as his granddaughters Isabel and Anna, his sister Shaune Hall and husband John of NH, Brother Keith Mansfield of Peabody and sister Maura Mallis and husband Mike of Ashville , N.C. and sister Melanie Flanagan and her husband  Walter Belville of N.H.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 PM on Tuesday February 25, 2025 at the Twomey, LeBlanc, & Conte Funeral Home 193 High St. Newburyport, MA 01950. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Wednesday February 26, 2025 at Immaculate Conception Church, followed by burial at Belleville Cemetery.
