John Edward Lennox

John was born in Boston, Ma to the late Dorothy (Roberts) Cobb and Thomas Lennox Sr. on May 15, 1942.

If you knew Dad, then you know his love of "Life is Good" t-shirts and Newburyport, especially downtown and sitting at the boardwalk or the view from Joppa. In his earlier years you could find Dad at the Moose Club or Elks in Newburyport.

Dad was a truck driver at places like Amesbury Chair in the 70's to Fairview Machine from the 70's to the early 90's.  You may have said hello to him when he worked at Ann's Diner in Salisbury.

Dad leaves behind a son, John Lennox Jr. and wife Jill of Hampton Falls, NH; daughter, Stefanie Lennox of Amesbury, Ma; and step daughter Bonnie Lanseigne and husband Arthur of Fremont, NH.  Four grandchildren, Christopher and Brian Lanseigne, Connor and Katie Lennox all of New Hampshire.

Being one of ten there was never been a dull moment growing up and he leaves behind sisters, Beverly Ansaldi and husband Michael of Florida, Marie Beal of New Hampshire, Linda Skinner and husband John of New Hampshire and Robert Lennox Sr. of Amesbury. Dad is predeceased by siblings, Mary Lennox, Patricia Searles, Sandra Searles, William Lennox, and Thomas Lennox.

Family and friends may call from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday January 4, 2025 at the Twomey, LeBlanc, & Conte Funeral Home 193 High St. Newburyport, MA 01950. His Services and burial will be private.
