Jessica Elizabeth Ramsay

Jessica Elizabeth Ramsay born on the afternoon of March 16, 1980 in Newburyport Massachusetts at Anna Jacques Hospital and left us far to early on the evening of May 11, 2025  after a long battle with her heart and other health issues.

Jessica leaves behind three sons Anthony 25, Kaiden 20, and Carlos 18. She is also survived by her beloved little sister Aleyah Rodriguez, Mother, Lori Ramsay and Father Ernest J. Beaulieu Jr. She also leaves behind her long time partner Carmen Lugo’Paul of Woonsocket, Rhode Island. Jessica is pre deceased by her maternal grandparents Leslie A. Ramsay Jr. & Elizabeth D. Ramsay as well as her paternal grandparents, Ernest J. Beaulieu Sr. & Judith H. Beaulieu. Jessica also leaves behind her cousins Kyle, Kerri and Tyler, as well as her Aunts Lynda Ramsay and Rhonda Skomiro, Renee Beaulieu -Merrill and her husband Ernest and Deborah Joy.

Jessica was a beautiful kind soul who loved her family and her friends with a passion the was unmatched. Jessica loved tattoos, art and body modifications. She took pride in customizing herself and never felt the need to “fit in” she was unapologetically herself in a way one could only admire. She was an animal lover at her core. She would commonly rescued elderly dogs that no one else wanted and loved them to their end in an act that spoke to her true dedication and compassion. She was obsessed with hippos! And will probably come back as one in her next life so watch out! Her contagious laugh and sense of humor and loyalty will be missed forever.
