Janet (Knight) Elario

Janet (Knight) Elario, 90, Loving wife of the late Henry “Hank” Elario, of Pewaukee, WI and formerly of Newburyport, MA, died Friday October 29, 2021 at Cecelia Place in Pewaukee, WI.

Janet was born in Newburyport, MA on June 17, 1931 to the late Oscar C. and Mildred (Ives) Knight. She was raised and educated in Newburyport, graduating from Newburyport High School. Shortly after her graduation Janet married Hank and the couple raised their family in Newburyport. Janet was a primarily a homemaker, she was employed later in life in the office of Dr. Swiss.

Janet is survived by her four sons, Henry F., Jr. (Mary) of Altamont NY, Michael (the late Brad) of Naples, FL, Steven of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and David (Laura) Elario of Hartland, WI. Grandmother of Joanna, Matthew (Melissa), Jennifer (Jonathan) Edewaard, Michael (Yajaira), Dominic, Anna, Mateo and Luca. Great-grandmother of Abigail, Hailey, Mason and Elliana. 

Family and friends may call from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Friday November 12, 2021 at the Twomey, LeBlanc, & Conte Funeral Home 193 High St. Newburyport, MA 01950. THERE IS NO LONGER ANY PARKING AVAILABLE BEHIND THE FUNERAL HOME PER ORDER OF THE CITY OF NEWBURYPORT. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Saturday November 13, 2021 at Immaculate Conception Church, followed by burial at Belleville Cemetery.
