Edward M. Ferreira

Edward M. Ferreira, 72, of Newburyport, MA passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Anna Jaques Hospital. He was known for his kindness and gentle manner. He was born in Lawrence on March 3, 1950 and was the son of the late Ecalon and Anna (DiNatale) Ferreira; stepson to the late Lucy Ferreira. 

Ed is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia A. (Dowling) Ferreira; his son, Jarrod J. Ferreira and his wife, Angela of Haverhill, MA; his son, Jeffrey E. Ferreira of Newburyport, MA; his sister, Kathleen Arcidiacono of Lawrence, MA; his granddaughter, Ashlynn Ferreira; his nephew, David Mitchell of Brentwood, TN; his niece, Kathryn Lane of Deerfield, NH; his nephew, Michael Arcidiacono of Andover, MA; his niece, Cheryl Arcidiacono of Methuen, MA and his niece, Virginia Arcidiacono of Lawrence, MA.

By the request of his family, he was laid to rest in a private service on September 23, 2022. The Twomey, LeBlanc, & Conte Funeral Home 193 High St. Newburyport, MA 01950 assisted Mr. Ferreira’s family with his arrangements.
