Colleen Patricia Cronin

Colleen Patricia Cronin, 47, passed away on April 21, 2019 in her South Boston home from an unexpected medical issue. Colleen was born in Woburn MA on November 19, 1971 to Judith Hill and Francis Cronin. She was a graduate of Pinkerton Academy in Derry NH, class of 1989. Following her graduation, Colleen was employed at Essex Management Investments in Boston and was currently employed at Century Capital in Boston. Colleen enjoyed life to the fullest. No matter where she was or where Colleen was going, she was the life of the party, brightening every room she walked into.

Colleen loved to organize and bring family and friends together for joyous occasions. She was fiercely devoted to her family, especially to her many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. Colleen was a passionate and devoted fan to her Boston Bruins and New England Patriots. Colleen was an amazingly unique person and one of a kind. She touched many lives and will be truly missed by her family and many friends.

Colleen is survived by her mother Judith Beattie and her husband Richard Beattie of Homosassa, FL, her father Francis Cronin and his wife Marliyn Kirsch of Bradford, MA, her siblings Kelly (Scott) Knight of Newburyport, MA, Kevin (Jaye) Cronin of Timnath, CO, Kathryn (Robert) Willey of Melrose, MA, Daniel (Debbie) Beattie of Salem, NH and Christina (Ward) Hannes of Tyngsboro, MA. Nieces and nephews Benjamin, Justin, Julia, Haley, Jillian, Christopher, AJ, Katie, Grant, Brett, Courtney and Sydney. As well as many special friends.

Friends are invited to join Colleen’s family to celebrate her life on Saturday April 27, 2019 between 3:30 and 7:30PM at the Twomey LeBlanc & Conte Funeral Home 193 High Street, Newburyport, MA 01950.  Burial will be private.
