Cindy Rand Obituary

It is with great sadness that we share in the passing of Cindy Rand, a beloved sister and aunt, on February 26, 2025. She was born on February 8, 1953 in Bridgeton, Maine to Merle Rand and Sybil (Howe) Rand DeHais.

Cindy was predeceased by her parents, her older sister Shirley, and her brother Wayne. She is survived by her sister Nancy and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. The Twomey, LeBlanc, & Conte Funeral Home 193 High St. Newburyport, MA 01950 is assisting Ms. Rand’s family with her arrangements.
