Barbara Page Obituary

Barbara (Fuller) Page died peacefully on May 15, 2026. She was 95 years old. She was born in Newburyport on February 9, 1931 to Bradley and Marjorie (Colby) Fuller. She was a lifelong resident of the area, graduating from Newburyport High School in 1948 where she was on the cheerleading squad.  She then attended the Mary Burnham School for a year before going on to the University of New Hampshire where she majored in psychology.

In 1951 she married the love of her life, Arthur S. “Bill” Page Jr. and they were happily married until his death in 2015.  Together they raised 3 children and spent countless hours enjoying family activities like boating, tennis, skiing, horses as well as watching their children's sporting events.  Barbara was always most proud of her home and gardens.  Through the years they hosted 6 family wedding receptions at their lovely Newbury home, and she graciously opened her gardens to the public for several local garden tours.

For many years Barbara volunteered her time at the Anna Jaques Hospital, the old Thrift Shop on State Street in Newburyport, and she was a life-time member of the Old Town Country Club in Newbury.

In her senior years, Barbara took up painting, and her children and grandchildren cherish the works they would receive as gifts!

Barbara is survived by her 3 children, Melissa Page Wallace and her husband Kevin, Arthur Page III and his wife Lisa, and Hannah Page Koch and her partner Ted Baker.  She also leaves behind her brother Bradley Fuller and his wife Joanne. "Nana Page" will also be greatly missed by her 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She was predeceased by her sisters Lois Aragaki, Peggy Fuller Taranda, and her brother Roger Fuller.

Arrangements will be made by Twomey-LeBlanc and Conte Funeral Home in Newburyport.  Services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, to honor Barbara's generous spirit, donations may be made to the First Parish Newbury Food Pantry, 20 High Rd., Newbury, MA 01951, or to a charity of your choosing.
