Alexander R. Bain

Alexander Bain, 32, of Salem MA, passed away unexpectedly on March 7th, 2021. Alex was born in West Newbury, MA on February 21st, 1989 to Richard Bain and Patrice Sampsonis-Bain.  Alex was a true family man. He was the loving husband of Bethany Weber-Bain for 5 years and an amazing father to Juliette. In addition to his wife Bethany and daughter Juliette, Alex is survived by his mother and father, Patrice and Richard Bain; sister Bri and fiancé, Sam; maternal grandmother Edith Sampsonis; paternal grandparents Marilyn and Richard Bain; numerous uncles, aunts and cousins; mother and father-in-law Charlene and Bill Weber; two brothers-in-law, Jason Weber, Jesse Weber and his wife Alexis Weber; niece Camdyn; nephews Chase and Levi. He is preceded in death by grandfather Alexander Sampsonis and Uncle Stephen Sampsonis.

Alex will be remembered for his sense of humor, kindness, and compassion for strangers and friends alike. A die-hard Boston Bruins fan, Alex felt happiest in the seats of the TD Garden with a slice of Sal’s pizza in his hand. His other passions included making music, snowboarding, cooking delicious meals and working out. His memory will live on through his daughter Juliette and all the lives he touched.

Family and friends are invited to Alex’s calling hours on Friday March 12, 2021 from 4:00-8:00 PM at the Twomey, LeBlanc, & Conte Funeral Home 193 High Street Newburyport, MA. THERE IS NO LONGER ANY PARKING AVAILABLE BEHIND THE FUNERAL HOME PER ORDER OF THE CITY OF NEWBURYPORT. Services and burial will be private.
