Alex Lopez

On Saturday June 6th, Alex Lopez, 27, passed away at home in Newbury, Massachusetts. Alex graduated from Triton High School and studied accounting at Salem State University. Alex was a devoted fan of New England sports teams, loved movies and music, and was a talented artist and rapper. He was known for his honesty, intelligence, empathy and compassion, and perfectly color-coordinated hats, sneakers, and t-shirts.

He is survived by his father Dr. Ben Lopez, mother Kimberly Moore, his siblings Eve, Bianca, and Kell, his niece Theia, his aunts Kelly, Cheri, Karen, and Rosa, his uncle Glenn, and his grandparents Rosa Lopez and Doug and Diane Moore. Alex will be remembered for his generous spirit, his kind heart, and the love he had for his family and friends. 

Family and friends may call on Saturday June 13th from 10am-12pm at the Twomey, LeBlanc, and Conte Funeral Home 193 High St. Newburyport, MA 01950. THERE IS NO LONGER ANY PARKING AVAILABLE BEHIND THE FUNERAL HOME PER ORDER OF THE CITY OF NEWBURYPORT. Services and burial will be private.
