Robert "Bob" Alders

We only found out about Bob's passing this past week. So sorry to learn of his untimely death. He was a favorite stop for us for so many years. I'm sorry we didn't have an opportunity to see him in recent years. Best to you, Joyce and the girls.

I'm so sorry ,I just found out. Bob and I had many lunches this spring and fall at farrs. We all go so far back together 1977 and we were real friends, I would of been at the thirsty whale - hugs judy

Bob, "Bobert" as he signed his name while he was in high school, was among a unique family of students which enhanced my treasured time as a teacher at Austintown Fitch High School, Austintown, Ohio. Guided by his creative spirit, we created one of the finest school yearbooks; and, at the same time, developed a friendship which led him to my alma mater, Bowling Green State University, and over many other shared miles. I admired his care for the green Cougar, his nurturing family, his characteristic laugh and sense of humor, and his significant contribution to humanity. Sorry we'll never chat over coffee again.
