Eileen Burlingame Obituary

Eileen Ingalls Burlingame died on Sunday, November 3, 2019  surrounded by her family. All her life she was a kind and generous woman, and she was well loved for it. It was her clever sense of humor and inventive eccentricity, though, that truly set her apart.
Hailing from Lawrence, MA., she spent the majority of her life in Newburyport with her late husband, Donald Burlingame. She was a nurse for some forty years, working at Lowell General, Lahey Clinic and, most recently, Lawrence General, where she fostered many friendships and helped many people.
Eileen is survived by her brother, Robert Ingalls, sister, Mary Lou Huard, and children, Tyler and Ian Burlingame, all of whom—along with many others, too numerous to list here—will miss her very much.
Family and friends may call on Saturday, November 9, 2019 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the Twomey, LeBlanc, & Conte Funeral Home 193 High St. Newburyport 01950. THERE IS NO LONGER ANY PARKING AVAILABLE BEHIND THE FUNERAL HOME PER ORDER OF THE CITY OF NEWBURYPORT. Services and burial will be private.
