Christian Roberts-Babcock Obituary

Christian Matthew Roberts-Babcock passed away unexpectedly on July 18th 2019 at his residence in Woburn, MA.  He was born in Newburyport, MA on August 9, 1993 to Brian M. and Elise A. (Roberts) Babcock.  He lived in Newburyport, Ma with his family until 2005 when they moved to Plaistow, NH where he graduated from Timberlane Regional High School.  He continued his schooling at Castleton College in Castleton, VT and for the past 4 years has worked in Sales at T-Mobile in Stoneham, MA.

Growing up, Christian’s loves were playing the saxophone and trombone in the jazz band and hockey, as a goalie, through high school; being the head of IT for all of his family members; camping and flying fishing with his grandfather, George and summers digging for clams with his Grandfather, Ray.  He loved discussing politics, as well as, all things related to the Bruins and Patriots and found happiness spending time with his loving friends.

He was a loving, fun big brother to his sister Hannah and brother Cameron, who he was so incredibly proud of.  His infectious smile and laugh and warm gentle soul filled the hearts of everyone that he met.  We are finding peace knowing that he is able to continue his journey with his grandfather George by his side.

In addition to his parents, he was survived his brother Cameron and sister Hannah of West Newbury, MA.; Paternal Grandparents, Raymond and Debbie Babcock of Newburyport, MA; Maternal Grandmother, Peg Roberts of Newburyport, MA; His Aunts and Uncles, Christina (Babcock) Dhimitri and her husband Ken of North Reading, Ma; Kelly (Babcock) and Christian Decristofaro of Newburyport, MA; Michael and Jennifer (Stanek) Roberts of Windham, NH; Jeff and Xiaoting Roberts of Edmonton, Canada, as well as, his cherished cousins. He was predeceased by his Maternal Grandfather, George Roberts.

We will be celebrating Christian’s life dressed in bright cheerful colors.
