“A young life gone way to early”
Jacob Stanley, 16, of Salisbury, passed away unexpectedly Friday July 7th at Anna Jaques Hospital.
Jacob was born in Newburyport, MA. He was a sophomore at Triton Regional High School. His unexpected death has left a hole in the hearts of many who loved him. He was a loving son, grandson, brother and friend. His big blue eyes and smile would light up a room when he walked in. Jacob enjoyed music, exploring new places and spending time with his family and friends. Jacob was cherished by his family and friends for his kindness, sense of humor and humility and will always hold a special place in their hearts.
Jacob is survived by his mother Dorothy McDermott-Navarro and his step father Alex Navarro of Salisbury. His father James Stanley, Jr., grandmothers, Viola Harvey and Kelly Melanaphy of Salisbury and Lourdes Portela-Cruz of York, PA. His brothers Alex Navarro, Jr., Christian Navarro, Malichi Navarro, Isaac Navarro and James Stanley III. Jacob also leaves behind aunts, uncles, and many friends who loved and cherished him especially his best friend Ariella Baez of Salisbury. He was predeceased by his grandfather Robert McDermott.
Private Services were held on July 13, 2017. The Twomey, LeBlanc, & Conte Funeral Home 193 High St. Newburyport, MA 01950 assisted Jacob’s family with his funeral arrangements.
